I believe there are 5 core steps (that have steps under them) to really grow your coaching business from the ground up! 1️⃣ Get clear on your why/goals 🙌🏼 This is so important. Knowing your why is going to be key to growing a sustainable and profitable business you love. It’s also going to be your driving force when things get tough (because it will) 2️⃣ Get a business and mindset coach 👩🏼💻 It’s no surprise that every coach needs a coach! It’s important to walk your talk with the benefits of having a coach, by having one yourself! This will fast-track your road to success and save you a lot of challenges in the process! 3️⃣ Master your psychology 🧠 Believe it or not growing a business isn’t always sunshine and rainbows! There will be opportunities for growth very day and this is where mastering your mindset will be super beneficial! 4️⃣ Master your strategy 📚 Don’t have an aligned marketing strategy in place? Without a clear proven plan, growing a 6 figure business will unlikely come into fruition! 5️⃣ Master your energy ✨ Your energy is everything! How you feel and show up will magnetise people to you…or if you’re energy isn’t aligned, it will also push people away. Mastering your energy is key to success!
