I’m also so much more than that. I am a creator of The Rising Coach Method™ + The Six Figure Event Method™, girlfriend to the love of my life, personal development obsessed, manifesting generator, organised AF Virgo, very all-or-nothing and the biggest goofball.
I built my business to over a million dollars organically by the age of 26 and I’m super passionate about helping ambitious women create a profitable coaching business that feels simple, sustainable, scalable and a whole lot of fun.

Sofia built a million dollar coaching business by the age of 26, and credits her journey to the discovery of the combination of mastering Marketing, Events and Sales and the process she journeyed in her late teens and early 20s of overcoming her own personal struggles. Sofia now helps
women build confidence and create a sustainable, scalable and simple coaching business.
On top of this, Sofia is a master NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and has been trained under Tony Robbins Life Coaching certification and John Gottman’s Couples Therapy Certification. Her love and energy is contagious and will leave you feeling empowered and inspired to create the life you deserve and desire. Sofia is relatable, easy to talk to and allows the space for you to be your authentic self and helps you to bring out the best in you.

HOW, HERE'S THE REAL STORY...
My name is Sofia. I’ve felt lost. I’ve been stuck. I’ve hated my life. I’ve hated myself. I’ve been sad and I’ve been heartbroken.
In 2013 I unexpectedly had to move overseas with a month’s notice with my mum, brother and sister due to my life being threatened and having to remove ourselves from serious addiction in the family.
Moving to the other side of the world to be with my mum’s side of the family was not easy. It was a new country, culture and language…All at the age of 16. I had to leave my friends, family and my home. I dropped in and out of school and felt depressed due to all the family issues that never seemed to end.
I fell so deep into a hole of suffering from the situation I was in. I blamed certain people for where I was in life and the pain built up inside me. It wasn’t until the last good things in my life disappeared, that I decided I had to change and I was the only one who could turn things around.
In 2017, after graduating from school, I moved back to Australia on my own.
In 2018 I went through a breakup, lost my job and lost myself. I didn’t believe in myself at all and I felt so alone.
In 2019 I found my love for life again and started to invest in myself. I travelled the world, ran a half marathon, started my coaching business and met my incredible partner.
In 2020 I ran a marathon, became an NLP practitioner + life coach, and went full-time in my business.
Now I’m running a multi 6 figure company, turning over multiple 5 figure months, speaking at and hosting events. I’m helping more people than ever around the globe and I know, we are just getting started!
I did not do this alone. I have had so much support from some of the world’s best coaches and mentors! I invested in myself because I knew I was worth it. I knew I needed to learn skills that would help me create the life of my dreams, and I did.
If you feel like you are in a dark place, you are a little lost or hurt, I want you to know everything in your life is perfectly designed. The darkest times in my life have led me to my greatest gifts.
The same can happen for you if you are willing to look for empowered meanings and do the work on yourself.
