I’ve been in programs where there are hundreds of clients, and the coach or support team barely know your name. Group calls are so crowded that, if you even get a chance to speak, you have just 60 seconds to explain your situation and ask a question, only to receive a generic answer and be directed to a course module. Scale School™ is an ongoing program. As soon as you join you will get a minimum of 12 months of access to the online course and support to scale your coaching business.
This is for you if you are an online female coach, creator, consultant or service-based business. This is not for you if you are a product-based business.
As the Tier 2 support is provided right from the beginning, we are unable to offer downgrades once commenced.

Our members come from all corners of the globe. For that reason, we offer several call times to accommodate.
You can join any calls and you will receive the replays of all the calls in the course too.

We run the group monthly planning call on the last Tuesday of every month.
We always make time for the things that matter most. So, if not now, when? There’s no such thing as the perfect time to focus on your business. You’ve got to create the time and commit if you want real results as nothing changes if nothing changes.
I recommend setting aside at least 3-4 hours a week for calls and implementation. If you can start by showing up to just one coaching call each week, you’re already setting yourself up for success.
You don’t need to be loud, outspoken, or extroverted to thrive in Scale School. We’ve created plenty of opportunities for intimate, small-group connections and personalised coaching. After all, this is a program for coaches, so we’ve designed it to cater to both introverts and extroverts. Our community is warm, inclusive, and genuine, allowing you to show up exactly as you are.

For this reason – I do not offer refunds for the mastermind. If you decide to join the mastermind you are committed for the entire 12 months regardless of how you use the program. I am here to help you go to the next level as a business owner – and part of that is making and fulfilling your commitments.
