Hello, hello, and welcome back to another episode of Behind the Business.
Today I’m taking you behind my business and sharing my exact spacious and scalable business model.
This is something I’m really proud of because it’s rare to see a business that is not only profitable, but also sustainable, enjoyable, and supportive of a great personal life. I’m not saying it’s perfect all the time, but for the most part, I’ve built a business I genuinely love and have never burnt out from.
I’ve structured my business in a way that gives me time, energy, and freedom, and that will continue to work in different seasons of life.
My approach is built on three core values: simplicity, sustainability, and scalability. If something doesn’t meet those, it’s a no from me.
There are four phases in any funnel: attract, nurture, convert, and deliver.
Attract is how you bring in leads. For me, this is mostly paid ads, supported by organic content like my podcast and social media.
Nurture is how you warm up your audience. I do this through a free workshop that I run regularly, supported by automated emails and messages.
Convert is how you turn leads into clients. This can happen through sales calls, DMs, or even without calls as we continue to refine the process.
Deliver is the service itself. For me, this is primarily a group program with some delegated one-on-one support, making it scalable.
Each phase is designed to be simple, repeatable, and scalable.
But it’s not just about having these pieces. Each one needs to actually work well. Your messaging, your offers, your events, and your sales skills all matter.
This model is what allows me to generate consistent high revenue while still having space in my life.
