Scale School™ is an ongoing program. As soon as you join you will get a minimum of 12 months of access to the online course and support to scale your coaching business.
Mastermind is built for coaches scaling from 0 to $30K months. Boardroom is built for coaches scaling from $30K to $100K months. Boardroom includes everything in Mastermind, plus your weekly Boardroom call, weekly Q&A with me, a 1:1 call, a personalised plan, an extra quarterly retreat day, and a private Slack group.
This is for you if you are an online coach, creator, consultant or service-based business. This is not for you if you are a product-based business.
Our members come from all corners of the globe. For that reason, we offer different call times to accommodate as best as we can.
You can join any calls live and if you cannot make it live, all calls are recorded.
The Call Times We Offer:
9 am. 11 am, or 5 pm AEST.
We always make time for the things that matter most. So, if not now, when? There’s no such thing as the perfect time to focus on your business. You’ve got to create the time and commit if you want real results as nothing changes if nothing changes.
I recommend setting aside at least 5-10 hours a week for calls and implementation in your business. If you can start by showing up to just one coaching call each week, you’re already setting yourself up for success.
You don’t need to be loud, outspoken, or extroverted to thrive here. We’ve created plenty of opportunities for intimate, small-group connections and personalised coaching. After all, this is a program for coaches, so we’ve designed it to cater to both introverts and extroverts. Our community is warm, inclusive, and genuine, allowing you to show up exactly as you are.

For this reason – I do not offer refunds for the mastermind. If you decide to join Scale School, you are committed for the entire 12 months regardless of how you use the program.
