Do you need a coaching certification to grow your coaching business? 📚
This is a question I get asked a lot as a coach, and in today’s podcast episode on Rising Coaches With Sofia Bernardi, I break down my opinion along with questions to ask yourself to support you to make the most empowered decision for you! 🔥
I often see new coaches get stuck in a trap of investing in their growth and learning, and rarely on business mentorship to grow their business…🤦🏼♀️
Here’s the thing, certifications are great, but not without clients! ❌
Learning how to earn money doing what you love is key, and you can do that without a certification! ✅
A mistake I often see coaches make is thinking that if they do a certification, all of a sudden they will have clients waiting for them…But it doesn’t work like that.
Despite being an NLP Practitioner, Certified life coach, Gottman’s therapist and Tony Robbins coach….What’s supported me so much more to grow and evolve, is experience. It’s actually going out there and helping people. 🥰
It’s investing my own coach to support me through mindset blocks, business strategy and healing. That’s what’s supported me most. Not a certification
Am I saying certifications aren’t helpful? Of course not! They are an incredible tool, it’s more the order of priorities I would consider!
