I am so excited to be sharing with you how you can actually scale to over $30,000 per month in your business if you implement these steps. Most people do not do what it truly takes to grow, so they don’t ever reach this financial milestone. But if you follow the process and have the proper support, systems, and structures in place, then not only can you hit $30,000 a month, but you can hit so much more than that.
I’m currently doing anywhere between $80,000 and $100,000 per month, and the business continues to grow each year significantly. I’m excited to share what I did, what I focused on, and the lessons I learned that got me to 30k months and beyond. Let’s dive in.
I want to show you how to scale in a simple, sustainable, and spacious way. I’ve scaled to millions without burnout or questioning whether to continue. I’m really proud of the integrity I’ve maintained and the way I’ve navigated business, and that’s the lens I’m teaching from today.
Many coaches want 30k months but are using the wrong strategy, structure, rhythm, and expectations. They end up overwhelmed and stuck. So I want to simplify this. I won’t say it’s “easy,” but it becomes easier once you build the skillset, discipline, and strengths to support it. When you focus on simplicity and mastery, scaling becomes easier.
One big reason people struggle is they don’t have the right business model. If you’re only doing one-on-one, once-off sessions, or low-ticket with a small audience, you’re heading toward burnout. You need a clear and scalable business model. That means one core offer — not three or seven. I built my business with one and only added a second later. One amazing offer can take you to six, multi-six, even seven figures.
A scalable model has three things: it’s repeatable, it’s structured, and it’s not 100% dependent on you. You need systems, automations, and delegation. For example, my mastermind Scale School runs with the same support each week, allowing new clients to join anytime. My marketing and delivery are repeatable. My team and systems prevent chaos. My curriculum reduces repetition and frees me up for high-level support.
Ask yourself: Can your current model get you to 30k months without burning out? If your offer is $997, you’ll need 30 new clients a month. If it’s $4,997, you only need six. Price yourself as a premium expert and sell accordingly.
Next, your messaging must be clear and compelling. Most coaches plateau because their messaging is vague. You need hyper-specific and tangible messaging across your content, starting with your bio. If someone lands on your profile, they should instantly know what you do. Otherwise, they’ll scroll past. I help my clients nail this from day one.
Third, you need consistent leads coming in. Without new leads, your audience will fatigue. I’m not talking about going viral — I’m talking about having a system. That could be organic content, collaborations, or paid ads. I personally focus on all three, especially paid ads, which bring in new leads even while I’m recording this. We also nurture these leads with automated emails and CTAs that eventually convert.
Fourth, you need a seamless sales system. Most coaches rely on luck. Instead, you need a clear offer that solves a tangible problem, a warm audience that trusts you, and multiple touch points to handle objections. We sell daily — much of it happens behind the scenes, through automation, calls, and email. If you want daily sales, you need daily opportunities for sales.
Lastly, you need the identity of a coach who can hold 30k months. It’s not about how badly you want it. It’s about whether you’re aligned and acting like the person who already has it. If your actions don’t align with your goals, they won’t happen. Identity is everything. You need to believe, behave, and build systems like someone making $30k+ months. No one hitting those numbers is making excuses.
This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters, with intention. You’ll celebrate your 30k month for five minutes, then want more. So enjoy the journey. You spend more time getting there than being there.
