Hey guys and welcome back to my channel. I’m so excited to record me mapping out March 2026 for my business. Super spontaneous video I wanted to film. I’m actually just going to figure it out right in front of you. I don’t have anything planned for this but this is the kind of content I like to watch so therefore it’s the kind of content I want to create.
Just for transparency it is the 23rd of February as I record this and so we’ve got about a week left of February. We are already at over $120,000 for the month which is freaking awesome and we’ve still got a week to go. I think a lot more cash is coming in because I know of some people that are about to join and also some clients that are wanting to pay their remainder balance in full because they’ve made so much money already since working with me which is super cool.
In January we hit well over $100,000 as well. My quarter one goal for 2026 was to hit $300,000 and then incrementally increase that every quarter. But we have already done more than $100,000 every month so far by a mile. So I am wanting to stretch myself and set an even bigger goal for March 2026.
I am going to aim for a $160,000 month. That feels scary but I am just going to shoot for the moon and do my absolute best. So I am writing down $160,000.
My strategy at the moment has been running a free workshop. We have actually moved to doing them weekly. I only plan one quarter ahead because I know nothing ever goes to plan and I have already changed my mind. So for March I will run a free workshop every week on the 4th, 10th, and 17th.
On the 24th I want to run a paid workshop. I am a little bit nervous because I have not done one in a while. The first three workshops are the same free workshop each time. We run ads to it and I just show up. But the paid workshop will go deeper on one specific topic, create higher intent leads, generate income upfront, and sell into my program from there.
Exactly a week after the paid workshop is the 31st which is the last day of the month. That gives me a week open cart period with genuine urgency because we kick off on April 1 intake.
I may also run my free Spacious Scaling Workshop again on the 31st.
If we are doing a workshop every single week I do not see why we could not reach $160,000. One is paid which is a new approach but I feel positive about it.
For the paid workshop topic I could go deep into building out your funnel. The four phases are attract, nurture, convert, and deliver. Alternatively I could dive into sales and walk through our full sales process with a 50 percent plus conversion rate for high ticket sales with a cold audience. Or I could teach how to build a scalable high ticket group coaching offer. I get a lot of questions about pricing, length, inclusions, and positioning.
I think I will charge $49 for it.
As for ad spend I am considering increasing it significantly. Maybe $75,000 for the month. I need to confirm with my ads manager but the more we spend the more we make and we have the cash flow.
For March priorities I want to:
Finalise the paid workshop topic and title
Audit our email nurture sequence
Create an application process to potentially reduce sales calls
Run ads to my new VSL
I recorded a 25 minute evergreen training and my VA is editing it. I want it everywhere. In YouTube descriptions, link in bio, DMs, email nurture, and potentially ads.
Another priority is upping my personal brand. I feel like I have been playing small with my social media. I repurpose long form into short form and I do not really care about it that much. I care more about events and conversations. But I want to take content more seriously.
Instead of focusing so heavily on how to content on short form, I want to document not teach. More lifestyle. More behind the scenes. More personality. Fun, inspirational, relatable content that builds trust. Then my longer form content like YouTube, podcast, and events can deliver the deep strategy.
I want to document the journey to scaling to millions per year. My goal is between 1.5 to 2 million this year. The only bottleneck right now is sales capacity. Attraction and nurture are scalable. Delivery is scalable. Sales calls are the main constraint.
Other March dates include:
Virtual quarterly retreat on the 7th and 8th
Coaching day on the 9th
Best friend’s wedding on the 28th
Travel to Sunshine Coast on the 3rd
That is my month. I am in a trial season figuring out the most scalable way forward when it comes to sales. The paid workshop will also nurture existing leads who did not convert from the free weekly workshop.
