This week, I’m sharing with you how I structure my business routine and calendar at $80K+ months.
My business currently does anywhere between $80K and $100K+ per month, and I thought I’d share the exact structure and calendar behind that. I get asked about this all the time, so here it is.
But first, a little update: a couple of days ago, there was a storm here on the Sunshine Coast. It lasted about 20 minutes, but it was intense — trees were down, and we lost power, water, and service for over 30 hours. It’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, especially considering how lucky we are in Australia. But when you’re not expecting it, suddenly having no access to water, power, or the internet gets tricky fast.
Jordi and I live in a rural area with limited service even at the best of times, so when the power went out, we had absolutely nothing — no work, no communication. We went to bed at 7 p.m. because it was pitch black and there was literally nothing else to do. We had candles lit, and while it was kind of nice, it was also a real reminder of how much we rely on these things. It made me deeply grateful for having electricity and the systems we usually take for granted.
That day, I had to reschedule three 1:1 calls. Everyone was lovely about it, of course, but it was still annoying. I ended up driving 20 kilometres to a café just to get access to power and Wi-Fi so I could catch up on work. It really highlighted how grateful I am for the way I’ve set up my business. Even with a full day offline, I only had to reschedule three calls. Some people have back-to-back calls every day. Most days, I don’t even have calls, which meant this power outage didn’t throw my business off track. The business still ran. My team kept things moving. And I got an unexpected day to work by the beach.
So in today’s episode, I’m sharing exactly how I run an $80K+ per month coaching business while keeping my calendar mostly clear, my energy grounded, and my life feeling spacious.
Let’s get into it.
One of the biggest misconceptions is that scaling to $80K months means having a packed calendar and being constantly busy. That hasn’t been my experience. In fact, the more money I’ve made, the more spacious my calendar has become. It’s allowed me to invest in support, automation, and delegation. And that’s what I teach my clients.
Every year in business has gotten easier. I’ve gotten better, but also — I’ve gotten more spacious. I used to think success was about doing everything. Now, I believe it’s about doing the right things in the right order at the right time.
My structure and routine are what allow me to hold this level of revenue without burnout. I’m naturally organised, and that helps a lot. But this is also something I teach, because structure is a skill you can learn.
If I were on back-to-back 1:1 calls all day, I would cap myself out fast — energetically and time-wise. That’s not how you scale. Some people burn out at $10K/month, because they’re doing everything themselves. It’s not about how much money you make — it’s about how you design the business.
Even with a spacious calendar, my clients are still deeply supported. I have more capacity to create bonus modules, run retreats, offer extra support, and walk clients through things behind the scenes — all because I’m not maxed out.
Right now, I run two group coaching calls per week. Occasionally, I’ll do a 1:1 if someone joins Scale School Tier 2. But even those 1:1s are mostly handled by my Client Success Coach now.
I almost never take calls on Fridays. That gives me a long-weekend vibe every week. And often, I don’t have calls on Wednesdays or Thursdays either. My calendar is very clear — by design.
So, ask yourself: how many calls are you doing each week? Is that structure giving you scalability, spaciousness, and sustainability?
Here’s what I follow to maintain this clear, high-earning calendar:
1. Group Coaching Model
My spaciousness comes from running a group model. If I did all of this 1:1, I’d be capped. Group programs are scalable and allow me to serve more people deeply.
2. Prioritise My Energy Daily
I start every morning with stillness and wellness — early wake-up, tea, breakfast, and daily Pilates. Movement is non-negotiable. It grounds me and gives me the capacity to support others.
3. Daily Non-Negotiables
These give me freedom, not restriction. I don’t waste time wondering what to do. My non-negotiables include:
- Responding to clients twice a day (morning and afternoon)
- Releasing one podcast or YouTube video weekly
- Posting five social media posts per week
- Running 1–2 workshops per month
- Following up with warm leads
Because I bulk-create content, these tasks are streamlined and sustainable. My team repurposes my podcast into social media posts, which means I never run out of content.
4. Plan Around Revenue, Not Noise
Each Monday, I look at my week and ask: what will move the needle? I focus on revenue-generating tasks like client results, sales emails, and warm lead nurturing — not busywork.
5. Create Space for the Unexpected
Storms happen. Life happens. Travel, team needs, launches — you name it. My calendar has white space because I expect the unexpected. That’s what adaptability looks like when scaling.
Too many coaches block every minute of every day and then fall apart when something changes. That’s not how I run my business. Spaciousness is a strategy.
Not every week looks the same. Some weeks are busy, some are light. Some months are for building, others for launching or resting. I design my routine around the season I’m in — and I plan ahead.
The way I scaled to $80K and $100K months wasn’t by doing more. It was by doing these five things with focus and intention.
So ask yourself:
- Where is your time leaking?
- Where are you over-giving?
- Do you know what to focus on each day, week, and month?
- Are you structured for freedom and scale — or just chaos?
If you don’t know, that’s a sign you need support.
Thanks for joining me today. I hope this gave you clarity and direction. I’ll see you in next week’s episode.
