HOW TO MOVE THROUGH THE FEAR OF JUDGEMENT
LISTEN ON YOUR FAVOURITE PLATFORM
“But what if they judge me?”
“What if they talk about me around the dinner table?”
“What if people disagree with me?
“What if they change how they feel about me?”
LET THEM
As the saying goes, “You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there’s still going to be somebody who hates peaches.” 
Which is ironic because I don’t like peaches, but besides the point 
My point is, you could have the purest intentions, the kindest heart (which, I know you do) and still, there will be some negative Nancy out there trying to dim your light 
And are you really going to let the external world dictate how you feel and what you do?
You’ll go crazy, and it’s not fulfilling either!
My advice? Let them.
Whatever they think is a reflection of them, not you. Always.
So step into your own personal power, and be YOU 
Anything else will just make you miserable. Trust me.
