Lessons Behind A 83K Month 
August was a biggggg month!! It was my first ever 80k+ month!
It was just earlier this year that I remember telling my coach that 50k months felt impossible, and now it’s my new normal, let alone EIGHTY FRICKEN THOUSAND!!
I am so proud of myself, but more so, I’m excited that I get to share everything with all of you!!

Gratitude. I was fricken grateful all month, and in my podcast episode I share with you the specific approach I followed!
