“Launching is just so exhausting.”
I hear this sentence more than almost anything else from coaches. And maybe you’ve said it too. Maybe you’ve tried launching in the past and it left you completely drained. Or maybe you’ve avoided launching altogether because just the thought of it makes you feel like you’d burn out.
But here’s the truth: it’s not launching that’s exhausting you. It’s the way you’re doing it.
And avoiding it? That’s not only costing you potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, it’s also costing you the impact you’re here to make.
Because here’s the thing—launching is one of the most powerful ways to build trust, to sign dream clients consistently, and to actually create momentum in your business.
So today, I want to unpack this for you. I want to show you why launching feels exhausting, how to shift the way you do it so that it actually feels simple, and how I personally create $60K–$100K months every single month using one launch strategy that doesn’t burn me out.
Let’s start here—why does launching feel so exhausting in the first place?
Most coaches who come to me tell me that they feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or totally drained by launching. And when we dig into what they’re actually doing,
here’s what I notice:
They reinvent the wheel every time.
They create brand new slides, brand new workbooks, brand new scripts. Every single launch feels like starting from scratch.
They rely on short-form content only.
They think posting daily on Instagram or TikTok is enough to warm people up. But it’s not. It takes on average 7 hours of content consumption before someone buys from you. That’s 7 hours. So if you’re only putting out 30-second clips or carousel posts, you’re not creating enough depth or trust to actually convert.
They treat launches as “do or die.”
Because they launch rarely, they put so much pressure on a single launch. They go into it thinking, “This has to work or my business won’t survive.” And when you bring that energy, not only does it drain you, but your audience can feel it.
They don’t have a rinse-and-repeat system.
There’s no process. No framework. No way to actually streamline and make it easier each time.
Of course that feels exhausting.
Here’s what I need you to know: launching, when it’s done right, doesn’t have to feel exhausting at all. In fact, it can feel simple, repeatable, and incredibly effective.
The reality is, if you’re not showing up consistently in a big way, you’re going to struggle to sign clients. That’s just the truth. If you’re hiding behind short posts and DMs, you’re not giving people enough time with you to build real trust so don’t be surprised if it feels like it takes forever before people buy.
Think about it: seven hours. It’s not just me saying that, it’s backed by data. On average, someone needs around 7 hours of consuming your content before they’re ready to invest. That’s why long-form content matters. That’s why events matter. That’s why creating opportunities for people to engage with you is so important.
Without that, you’ll always feel like you’re chasing clients instead of leading them.
So let me paint you a different picture.
Here’s what launching looks like in my world.
Every single month, I run one online event. Just one. And here’s the kicker—I run the exact same event every time. I don’t reinvent the wheel. I don’t spend weeks building something new. I simply master one event and make it better each time.
From that one event, I sign multiple high-ticket clients every single week. And a lot of the time, they were cold leads who turned into hot ready to buy leads after watching my event.
And while all that is happening, here’s what my life actually looks like.
I sleep 8 hours every night. I work out daily. I spend time with Jordy and with friends. I support my clients. And I do it all with a mostly clear calendar.
The result? I bring in $60K–$100K cash months every single month with a lean team and a high profit margin.
That is not exhaustion. That is intentional strategy.
So, how do I actually make this work? Let me take you behind the scenes.
I batch my content once a month. In just 4 hours, I create:
4 podcast episodes / YouTube videos
20 posts
12 emails
And that’s it. Four hours of work and my content for the entire month is done.
How is that possible? Two reasons:
Number one, I use AI and strategic repurposing. I don’t create from scratch every time, I repurpose my long-form content into multiple pieces.
Number two, I anchor everything to my launch event. So my content isn’t random—it’s all designed to warm people up for the exact same event that I run every month.
That means every single post, podcast, and email is pointing in the same direction. My audience hears the same message consistently. And that’s why it converts.
The best part? This content compounds. Because it’s high-quality and it’s strategic, it works for me month after month. Someone can binge my YouTube channel today, even if I recorded that video six months ago, and still come into my world ready to buy.
So here’s what I want you to take away from this episode.
Launching is not the problem. It’s the way you’re doing it.
If launching feels exhausting, it’s because you’re reinventing the wheel, relying on surface-level content, putting too much pressure on a single event, or trying to do it all without a system.
The shift you need to make is this:
Commit to one event that you can run on repeat.
Focus on long-form content that builds real trust.
Create a system for batching and repurposing.
Anchor all your content to your event.
When you do this, launching stops feeling heavy and starts feeling spacious.
I want you to imagine what it would feel like to launch in a way that actually creates more freedom instead of less. To know that you could generate $60K–$100K cash months without hustle, without burnout, and with a calendar that still leaves space for the life you want to live.
That is what’s possible when you stop avoiding launching and start doing it the right way.
If you want to see the exact system I use to create these kinds of results, send me the word LAUNCH and I’ll show you how.
Thank you so much for tuning in to today’s episode. I hope it’s given you not just a new perspective on launching, but also the belief that it doesn’t have to feel hard or exhausting. It can actually feel spacious.
I’ll see you in the next episode.
