How I’ve Closed 70% Of Sales Calls This Month

Last month the business brought in over $128,000 in NEW sales. And out of the sales calls I did have, I closed 70% of them… ⁣

With an industry average being around 20%, this is something I am pretty proud of.

In this week’s podcast episode of Rising Coaches With Sofia Bernardi, I break down 6 systems and processes I have in place to ensure our closing rate remains high.

Here are 5 of them for you now:

I have email automations in place to nurture the potential client as much as possible before the call. I send a series of emails out so they can get to know me and how I support my clients, as quickly as possible before the call.

I have lots of reminders both via email, a calendar invite and direct message reminders 24hrs + 60 minutes before the call to help increase the showup rate.

After the call, I send out a personalised email with clear next steps and a follow-up DM to make sure they received the email.

Being genuinely detached through trusting my process, genuinely believing I have one of the best offers out there, and knowing I have a lot of financial safety behind me. Having these mindset pieces in place means I’m genuinely unattached to the outcome. And FYI when I say unattached, I don’t mean low care factor, just low attachment (there’s a big difference!)

Having a no-brainer offer that’s near impossible to say no to. I have invested A LOT of time, effort, energy and resources into making my offers one of the best out there for coaches growing their coaching business.
