How I Run a $250K/Month Coaching Business on Just 4 Simple Systems
When you look at businesses generating multi-six or seven figures, it’s easy to assume that behind the scenes lies a tangled web of 50 different software subscriptions, high-stress automations, and overwhelming tech stacks.
Early on in my business journey, I thought the same thing. I thought scaling meant making things bigger, harder, and far more complex.
But as my business grew to generating $250,000 every single month, I realized the absolute truth: Complexity is the enemy of scale.
To build a business that gives you financial abundance and lifestyle freedom, you don’t need more tools. You need simpler systems. My philosophy is always to delegate, template, and automate as much as humanly possible so that my time and energy remain focused on high-converting strategy, coaching, and living my life.
Here are the 4 simple systems I use every single day to run my business effortlessly.
System 1: Lead Tracking & CRM (GoHighLevel)
If you are managing your leads across sticky notes, Instagram DMs, and basic spreadsheets, you are letting money slip through the cracks. Every unorganized lead is lost revenue.

I don’t use external hard drives or USBs.
If my laptop broke today, I could log into a new device and not lose a single second of work.
